Women's History Month Event Branding
This city-hosted Women’s History Month Luncheon celebrated local women leaders and changemakers. I partnered with a city council member to design a cohesive visual identity for the event — from the hero artwork to sponsor integration — helping the city deliver a polished experience on a civic budget. The final branding elevated every touchpoint, and the event was a meaningful and well-attended celebration.

Designing for Impact on a Civic Budget
Working with a local government comes with unique constraints: tight budgets, limited staff, and moving parts that change quickly. For this event, the printed program had to balance design polish with last-minute sponsor additions — all while meeting a hard print deadline. The result was a beautiful, functional piece that anchored the event and reflected the spirit of this meaningful community gathering.
Sponsor Recognition with Intention
Sponsorships were key to making this event possible, and I ensured every brand was represented in a thoughtful way. From the step-and-repeat backdrop to the interior pages of the program, sponsor logos were integrated into the design in a way that felt polished and professional. The final materials balanced community celebration with civic transparency and partner recognition.
